Akorio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data when you use the Akorio guitar practice application, including its tuner, metronome, and chord library features.
Unlike many other apps, we do not collect your personal data.
We specifically DO NOT collect:
Since we do not have a user account system, you remain completely anonymous.
Akorio's tuner feature asks for access to your device's microphone. This is used only to listen to your guitar in real time and detect pitch so the tuner can work.
Audio from your microphone is processed entirely on your device, is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere, and is discarded the moment the tuner stops listening.
We use data solely to provide the app's core functionality on your device:
We Store Your Data Locally.
All your saved chord sets, practice history, and settings are stored directly on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
We do not have a cloud server, and we do not transmit your data to the internet. Your data stays with you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, advertisers, or marketing agencies because we do not have access to your data.
You have full control over your experience:
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Since we do not collect email addresses, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
