Unlike many other apps, we do not collect your personal data.

We specifically DO NOT collect:

• Your physical location (GPS data).
• Any financial information.

Since we do not have a user account system, you remain completely anonymous.

2. Microphone Access

Akorio's tuner feature asks for access to your device's microphone. This is used only to listen to your guitar in real time and detect pitch so the tuner can work.

Audio from your microphone is processed entirely on your device, is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere, and is discarded the moment the tuner stops listening.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use data solely to provide the app's core functionality on your device:

• Practice Settings: To remember your metronome tempo, sound, and chord practice preferences.
• Saved Chord Sets: To store the chord shapes and practice sessions you create, so you can reuse them later.
• Tuner: To detect pitch from your guitar in real time, as described above.

4. Data Storage And Security

We do not have a cloud server, and we do not transmit your data to the internet. Your data stays with you.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, advertisers, or marketing agencies because we do not have access to your data.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your experience:

• View: You can see all your saved chord sets and practice data within the app interface.
• Delete: If you delete the Akorio app from your phone, all your data is permanently deleted immediately.
• Microphone Access: You can revoke microphone permission at any time in your device's Settings; the tuner simply won't work without it.
